My name is Tina . I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Rhode Island. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Rhode Island College.  I have received my Master of Social Work degree from Rhode Island College. 

My passion is working with children, teens, and families to help them understand and manage their emotions and behaviors in a supportive therapeutic environment. I assist parents and children with working through barriers that effect their everyday life through a warm and collaborative, strength-based approach. 

I utilize creative interventions to support children/adolescents to enhance their skills including but not limited to SPT play therapy techniques,  art therapy techniques, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and collaborative/proactive problem-solving. 

 Currently, I am in training in Synergetic Play Therapy and AutPlay therapy. I will be certified in June of 2023!

Sometimes life throws challenges our way in all stages of the life cycle which may be difficult to handle.  Let me lend you a hand an work through it together in a collaborative, positive, therapeutic and solution focused environment. 

I received my Bachelors of Arts in psychology and sociology from Rhode Island College. In addition, I received my Masters in Social Work from Rhode Island School of Social Work. I am a licensed Independent clinician worker in Rhode Island. I have 20 years of cumulative experience working with individuals of differing abilities, child welfare, long term care,  juvenile justice, adult corrections/rehabilitation, psychiatric, medical and emergency hospital services. 

My treatment interventions include CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic and strengths-based. I can provide brief treatment or longer depending on your goals and time commitment. Our work together will be skills-based tailored to your specific needs. I look forward to working with you in person, via tele-health or a combination of both!

My name is Jennifer Salerno and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Rhode Island. I completed my Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island before pursuing my Master of Social Work degree from Rhode Island College. While at the University of Rhode Island I also completed minors in Nutrition, Grief Work, and Alcohol and Other Drug Counseling. 

In treatment I pride myself on taking a holistic client-centered approach. I work with individuals across the lifecycle and utilize various interventions to fit each person's unique needs. I incorporate elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapies into my sessions. Using a strength-based mindset I feel confident that I can help others work through challenges with anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and other social-emotional struggles. My name is Jamie. I have worked in many areas of social work and treatment, including, but not limited to, acute and residential inpatient units; group therapy; children and families; pregnancy and postpartum care; addiction recovery; gang affiliated individuals; HIV/AIDS; human trafficking; commercial sex work.  My passion for social work has carried me to Nairobi, Kenya, where I continued to serve marginalized communities.

         As a therapist, I bring exceptional dedication and deep respect for cultural sensitivity and the individuality of each client. You will find that I provides a safe, non-judgmental space for self-exploration, allowing clients the opportunity to empower themselves to create the change(s) they want in their lives.

My name is Victoria and I am a dedicated clinician with a passion for empowering individuals to navigate life's challenges. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Salve Regina University and my Master's degree from Simmons University, both in the field of social work. Committed to empowering individuals and families, I believe in creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard and valued as they navigate challenges and work towards positive change. I utilize strengths-based practices, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing, to support clients on their journey towards healing and growth. My areas of expertise consist of working within the systems of, child welfare, child advocacy, and substance abuse. I welcome all walks of life into my practice and will accommodate all their individualized needs.

I have been working for the public school system for over 5 years, particularly working with children that have a variety of special needs.
